As part of a new £30.0m redevelopment scheme, JPA has secured the MEP Design from RIBA Stages 4-7 in a Design and Build contract, with Wilmott Dixon and LJJ Ltd for Brent Indian Community Centre and Learie Constantine Community Centre. 

In total over 55 Homes will be delivered across each site, with a mixed-use commercial space for the end client. Both projects are being delivered in 3D Revit, with the project mid-way through the construction stage.

To ensure that sustainability is at the forefront of these buildings, both buildings will feature PV panels and heat recovery ventilation throughout. One of the projects will be targeting a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM accreditation with both projects achieving secured by design certification.
