JPA M&E Consultants is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Aberdeen project in collaboration with Livingston Building Services, with an MEP value of £300,000. This involved the refurbishment of a two-storey office block for GPA Aberdeen and encompassed RIBA Stages 2-7, from initial concept through to completion.

The project presented its own unique challenges, including a requirement to perform an in-depth building survey and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design. The survey meticulously captured every service route, aiming to retain all existing positions where possible, which was crucial for ensuring a streamlined process and budget adherence. The outcome is an office space that is not just functionally robust but also aesthetically pleasing.
