JPA M&E Consultants were the lead designer on a series of retail banks throughout the  UK for Lloyds banking Group MEP Design and Build Contracts. The buildings varied in layout and requirements but each project was well managed and delivered time efficiently, whilst remaining of excellent standard. 

The LBG in Newcastle formed one of those many retail units. Sustainability measures such as air source heat pumps, low permeability, LED efficient lighting and energy-efficient controls were adopted.
