As as experienced BIM Consultant, JPA utilise Autodesk Revit to deliver compliant MEP BIM Models for MEP Contractors, Main Contractors and End Use Clients. Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a digital representation of functional and physical characteristics of an entity, such as a building. Digital Engineering is mandatory on certain contracts, and there is still a gap in the market for BIM Level 2 compliant M&E Consultancies. We provide our clients with a reputable service, with detailed drawings and clash detection reports for any size of project. With a vast knowledge of Dynamo and Python related Scripting, our services are cost efficient due to the BIM Library we hold. We have delivered numerous models for various contractors, particularly looking for ways to save on costs and labour time. Our offices are located in London, Newcastle and Edinburgh, allowing us to cover the entirety of the United Kingdom.
We believe designing for offsite manufacturing is essential to any project for installation, therefore our engineers undergo two main review structures for the project design. Firstly, we look at the design as a whole, before it is input to Revit. We plan ahead for areas where we can combine supports and look for pre-fabrication opportunities. These will be reported back to the client and recommended, before we go ahead.

We are a unique Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineering practice with Regional Offices in London Edinburgh & Newcastle, providing bespoke MEP Design Solutions, Energy Performance Certificates and Building Physics. Our M&E design engineers started this practice to give our Clients a unique service, looking for value engineered solutions where possible, dedicated to our clients needs.

If we are not suitable for these services, we have close relationships with trustworthy M&E Contractors and Construction Consultants alike therefore we can make recommendations.
Please note, that we do provide EPCs in every location. However if we think we cannot be competitive with Energy Performance Certificates (which is very common given that local businesses can have lower overheads), we will notify you and make a recommendation.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES (EPC)
Energy Performance Certificates are required for both commercial and domestic applications for sale or rent. Energy Performance Certificates can only be produced by Qualified Energy Assessors. Our in house assessors can turn EPCs round in quick fashion, with next day delivery service available at an extra cost.
