JPA M&E Consultants announces the successful completion of a high-profile plant replacement scheme for one of the Ministry of Justice Crown County Courts located in London. Due to the sensitive nature of the project, financial details and the client’s identity remain undisclosed. Our London M&E Consultants‘ branch successfully surveyed and designed the entirety of the project. 

Our scope of work involved an overnight survey of the existing building, a necessary measure due to stringent movement restrictions within the facility. This effort enabled us to accurately trace existing plant and distribution routes. Armed with this data, we executed a holistic M&E (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design, paving the way for the contractor to supply and install all mechanical and electrical elements across multiple phases.

Our involvement spanned RIBA Stages 2-7, making us an integral part of the project from inception to completion. The scheme was successfully handed over in 2022, showcasing our technical proficiency and our ability to collaborate effectively with contractor teams. The success of this project affirms our forward-thinking approach and demonstrates our adaptability in working within highly regulated environments.
