The aim of this build was to create a relaxing environment for children and young people to escape the challenges of illness.

The new 260m² building is low carbon and has 4 bedrooms accessible at ground floor level, with underfloor heating to maintain a consistent and comfortable temperature.

The director of JPA M&E Consultants Director was part of the project team, working on the mechanical, electrical and data installation of the building and providing all M&E services.
