Three New Bailey, due to be the new home of HRMC with 159,000 sq ft of office space over seven storeys. The project was handed over successfully in 2021.

The New Bailey masterplan in Salford, Greater Manchester, is a vibrant regeneration scheme delivering new commercial, retail and leisure space on the banks of the River Irwell. The 7-storey structure will act as a gateway to this new destination, drawing visitors through the development and beyond to Spinningfields and the city centre.
