JPA M&E Consultants proudly announces the successful completion of the Timberland Swindon project, undertaken in collaboration with Timberland, with an MEP value of £200,000. Our responsibilities included a comprehensive survey and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design, focusing particularly on heat recovery ventilation and air conditioning systems for the retail space.

The project was aimed at decarbonizing the building while accommodating store layout changes. In this context, branding and lighting emerged as crucial elements, calling for a meticulous design approach. Given the unique design aesthetic featuring exposed services, it was imperative for every element to be coordinated in a visually pleasing manner.

Our services covered RIBA Stages 2-7, underscoring our extensive involvement from initial concept through to final execution. With our expertise in MEP Consultant Services, we delivered a design that achieved a harmonious balance between functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
